Sloughing skin

Posted By Joe on July 22, 1999 at 11:03:21
I have a sloughing of skin on the sides of my tongue.  My doctor thought it might be thrush and gave me a prescription for Mystatin and had me eat yoghurt three times a day.
After two weeks the sloughing is still there.  The backj of my tongue is also coated.
I am also a heart patient and take the following meds:
quinidex
mexitil
vasotec
lanoxin
imdur
lipitor
prevacid
ambien
zaroxolyn
I'm wondering whether this is a reaction to one of my meds of any other ideas.
Thanks
Joe
