Small , raised white spot on penis.

This morning i noticed a small white spot on my penis, im circumsised and it is just below the start of the glans

It is about 2 or 3 mm across, white, painless but  quite a bit raised, in short it looks a little like a small acne spot i might get on my face.

Ive looked at posibilities online it doesnt look like a wart, but it looks more raised than typical 'papules'

Could anyone suggest what this might be?. Ill get it looked at a gum clinic eventually but looking for a little peace of mind i guess

Sexual history

Have been monogomous with same partner for 16 months, we used condoms for 6 months then she switched to the pill - she has eczma (eczema) so i doubt she would notice minor skin bumps but ive not noticed any

I went to a GUM clinic 18 months ago and was clear so any infection would have to come from her.

Should add, due to the nature of my job i was sweating heavily while at work during the day which led to some itching.

so i have been applying plain talc around the tops of my thighs which stopped the problem, its quite possible some is on the penile shaft (talc)

is it possible this has simple blocked a pore?
