Small Penis Bumps

Hey there, I have these red spots on my glans (glands) penis.  The glans (glands) penis seems to have a small layer of skin over the purplish part and I have always had lots of tiny red bumps all over the glans (glands).  Lately, I have been noticing that some are more noticable.  I am not circumcised and whenever I dry the glans (glands) out, these red spots look shiny.  Right now I have 5 of them that are noticable in different areas of the glans (glands).  They don't itch or hurt and seem to be just under the small layer covering the glans (glands).  Sometimes these seem to go away for a few days and come back and sometimes they stay for a while.  For example, I have had one that has been there for 3 weeks.  I have tried hydrocortisone cream which doesn't seem to always work.  A few times it seems to make them better but won't work on all spots.  Can you explain to me what these might be?  Thanks.

Although I'm not sure what these are based on your description, I am confident they are of no significance.  They could be mild eczema, or just normal anatomy that gets highlighted by friction, etc.

I suggest you show a doctor, so you can ignore them.  Meantime, leave them alone so they don't get irritated and more prominent.
