Small Red Bumps

can anyone tell me what this rash like ordeal is all over my body? its been about a week since this appeared on my left arm, spread all over within the first three days. now its up and down both arms, spots here and there on legs, on both my breasts, an a huge spot on my stomach/side area. very itchy, red small bumps. have tried calamine lotion, have tried rubbing alcohol, have tried clear nail polish, and have tried epsom salt... none of the above list have worked in any way with itching, redness or making it go away. the calamine lotion made the areas irritated, and the others did nothing, please get back to me if you have any idea what this could be, or need more details. thanks ~Kari

These symptoms can be due to heat rash or sweat dermatitis. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Use a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Also use cotton clothes and change the clothes twice if there is any increased sweating. Try keeping the skin free of sweat as far as possible. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort. For the itching antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin can be taken.
