Small Red Tingly Spots on Penis After Sex

Hi Doc, Im a healthy 26 year old, that have been tested negative for everything. I've allways had sex with my girlfriend with a condom, and never had a problem, but just lately we started having sex without one. She is also very healthy and tested negative for everything. After having unprotected sex with her, when I woke up in the next morning there was 1 tiny red dot on the top shaft of the penis, it didnt itch aor anything, by the next morning, my penis felt tingly and kinda itchy, and when I role back my foreskin I noticed there was about 10 more red spots on the shaft and the head of my penis. they did'nt itch, but through out the day I was getting a tingly sensation which is very hard to ignore. They kept on spreading like a rash, but they didnt itch, and no fluid came out of them. I started using 1% hydrocortizone creme, and by the next morning they started to go away and didnt tingle anymore. Withing about 3 days they were all gone completely like nothing was there. So me and my girlfriend had alot of sex with a condom for the next couple of months without any problem, but as soon as we had sex without the condom, the tiny red dots were back again.
I know this may sound weird but its like I'm haveing an allregic reaction to her vaginal fluids. Because a one point I tried cleaning my penis with hydrogen peroxide and instantly the same exact red dots came up all over my penis and were very  spreading and very tingly, and thats when I had to start using the Hydrocortizone again and they went away. I allways go down on her I even stick my tongue in her vagina, so I know I get alot of her vaginal fluids in my mouth, but I have never had an allergic reaction that way. We been using condoms for the past 6 months, and not a spot on my penis, but 2 days ago when we tried without the condom again, the red spots came back  two days later, lol.  My girlfriend is 00% fine and didnt have any systoms at all. Hopefully someone can help me figure this out.

At one point the Head of my Penis and Shaft was also very red.

Monilial balanitis, responds well to canesten creme.

Monilial balanitis doesnt quit sound like what I have, but Im still researching.  thanks

Treatment with hydrocortisone alters the clinical picture, if it were moniliasis.

What exactly do you mean, I dont understand.

What i meant to say was that if the initial diagnosis was monilial or fungal,hydrocortisone application will alter the clinical picture and make it unrecognizable- tinea incognitio by name.

Hello,
Without examination it is difficult confirming a diagnosis but it sounds like fungal infection.Pls don’t use any cosmetics on the penis,instead use some topical antifungal creams.Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin.In case the symptoms persist then pls consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

thanks guys for all your help, if anyone has anything else in mind. please let me know, i did go to the doctor, but because the red pimples are gone now, he couldnt give me an answer, so i'm just gonna have to have unprotected sex with my girlfriend again, and more likely they'll be back and then i'll go see the doctor. lol. thanks again guys

I dont think its an infection though, because how comes the only time i get them is when i have unprotected sex with her, and she has no signs of anything at all.
