Small acne on the foreskin

My  foreskin's has these small acne like bumps which are very small (less than 1mm) forming a white patch , they form a ring on my foreskin . These things persist from past 15 years without changing their color or size . It doesn't pain at all .
Is it a thing to be worried ? how do I get rid of these tiny bumps all around my foreskin ? Please advice me .

First of all many thanks for the reply. As I searched in goolge these bumps are around part the penis , but my bumps are on the foreskin .Is it harmless too ? If you can send me your email ID I can send the pics .

The symptoms are suggestive of pearly penile papules. They are multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis. They are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.
