Small blisters on hands and Feet

Last week I began developing some large blisters on the soles of my feet, filled with a clear fluid in them. They began to spreed, after a while there were a number on the soles of my feet. I went to a doctor who told me to use cream for athletes foot. So i used a hydrocotosone cream.

Now these seemed to calm down and eventually dry out and scab up, but now I have noticed many hundreds of smaller clear blisters all over my feet and toes as well as my palms and tips of my fingers. They are very small and almost hard to see for others but in the right light many hundreds can be seen. When broken they are quite deep and painful in water.

My question is what are these?????

I have never had these before, the bigger ones I have had and they go away okay on there own. But these are causing me worry.

I had casual sex with an unknown HIV status around eleven weeks ago and am worried about this being an HIV rash?

Can anyone help with this strange problem. It is summer here and very hot and humid if that helps.

Thanks to anyone who can help in advance

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Pompholyx needs to be ruled out from your symptoms. The first stage is acute and presents as itchy blisters on the hands, fingers and toes. Then the chronic stage shows more peeling, cracking, or crusting. Then the skin heals up, or the blistering may start again. The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
