Small bump under skin

I have had this small kernel size bump located about 4 finger widths from my left hip bone between my navel (belt high) for several years. The bump is clearly under the skin (can't be seen visible, must feel) and certainly is above the abdomen muscles. When feeling, it feels smooth and it can be moved a little (not firmly attached to the muscle). What could this be? It has never changed in size over the years. I have had a history of cysts (including a pilonidal cyst). I don't believe this is a lymph node due to its location.

It's probably a cyst.  Cysts can happen most anywhere.  I doubt you'll ever need to remove it.  Just show it to your doctor next time you go.

Best.
