Small bumps on the penis/scrotum???

Hi, im 16 and a few months ago i noticed small little bumps all over my scrotum and on the underside of my penis. Most of them have hairs growing out of them but not all. I am so scared that maybe they could be an std or something like that or if they are just some kind of genital acne... I get alot of acne on my face and some on my chest and back so skin problems have always been something of mine. Ive done a lot of research and they could be these things called Fordyce spots or some kind of sebaceuos (sp?) oily glands? i have no clue. Im scared to really tell anyone cause there embarassing. Ive never tried squeezing them but i dont want them to get worse or if there something i should be still worrying about?  They aren't really irritating, maybe itchy sometimes but everyones balls itch sometimes..lol..and ya im just so scared of what they could be?? or what i can do to get rid of them?

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
