Small bumps on uncircumsized penis foreskin
Hello,

About 8 months ago I got these bumps (really small less than 1 MM) on the wrinkled foreskin (uncircumcised) near the head of my penis. I have read a lot and not sure what it is so I am going to try and describe it:

- There about 6 small tiny bumps that can really be felt if i pull back on the skin
- They aren't red, they do not hurt.
- They cannot be popped.
- They do not change (no more appearing, they are also not disappearing)
- Size has been the same I am pretty sure they did not get bigger.
- I thought it was PPP but it doesn't cover my whole penis foreskin in a circle looks like just a small patch

Hi,

If this is not due to PPP, this could be fordyce spots. They are  small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the glans or shaft of the penis. They are a variant of sebaceous glands without hair follicles. They are very common and are not a sexually transmitted disease.

Although no treatment is required, those with the condition can utilize chemical peels, gels or creams and vaporising laser treatments such as CO2 laser or electrodesiccation.

Take care and regards.
