Small flat bumps
I have these small clusters of kinda flat bumps on my pelvis and bikini line. They don't itch, hurt or burn. At first glance they resemble stretch marks because the skin that surrounds the bumps is kinda dark. I popped one of the larger ones and a little bit of clear puss came out. The bumps are pretty small, most are no bigger than the whole on the top of a sewing needle and some look the size of ants.
