Small flesh or white colored bumps around rim of penis head

I am a 22 Year old sexually active male and lately have noticed small flesh or white colored bumps around the rim of my penis head. When erect they are much more noticable and the rim of my penis appears red and really dry. They do not itch, burn or anything like that. Also when erect it appears as if there may be small flesh colored bumps on the top of my penis head. Does anyone have any clue what this may be? Im really freaking out

Sounds exactly like genital warts. The shaft has warts, and the rim is sensitive to the residew of the warts inside her vagina.
The dryness of the head is a reaction you get from het vagina when the wart virus leaves you extra sensitive.

Oh you said on the top of your head. no matter. Still warts. most likely.
Sex will inflame this condition either way. Because once irritated, the juices will inflame it.
To avoid this, cut off your penis. Just kidding. Instead go to Walmart and in the vitamin section, you will find a small bottle by nature valley I believe. But this will say vit. E oil. But it is a mix of some other oils as well. Very soothing but not too greasy. The best I ever used. When you are about to have sex, put it generously all over your penis. This being oil based will provide a barrier from the water based juices of your partner. And it will be much better than with out it.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it sounds like clogged pores which is aggravated by the friction rub during intercourse. Wash your penis head nicely and apply some Neosporin on the bumps. You can also apply calamine lotion and during intercourse, use a water based lubricant like KY jelly. If the symptoms persist then seborrheic hyperplasia and warts have to be probed. My sincxere advice is to consult a dermatologist in that case.

Are you purposely trying not to help people? Because a growth on the penis can never be a clogged pore.
I read many of your helping replies last nite. Until 5 am. And they were all wrong. all!
You need to stop preventing people from getting help.

Put up a new post for people to see, this well kept secret on this site so these people can finally find help. People are here for their doctors don't know and they aren't getting better. And the one thing no doctors say is allergy to polyester. That is taboo!
They would loose too much business, if the world finds out how many people well, pretty much all of us but few react.
