Small groeth on my lip

I have a small white lump (sort of skin-colored and fairly faint) and it has been there for around 2 weeks so far.

It also seems to be a bit like a scab, although it sticks out from the lip too far for that, but is similiary hard, and I'm positive it isn't acne.

Please, let me know what it is and how I might get rid of it, I'd prefer not to go to the doctors.

I have lip discoloration problem its effecting my self esteem. My natural lip color is red but while back the upper line of my lip changed to kind of white. If look close there like micro size pinhead shaped white spots clustered together. There is no pain or itch or anything but my lips look ugly if one looks closely.

Any advise please

This growth on lips can be a blocked gland or a cold sore. Pain, burning, tingling, or itching occurs at the infection site before the sores appear. Then clusters of blisters erupt which break down. You need to get some investigations like sample from the sores to identify the virus, culture analysis, Tzanck smear, antigen and antibody studies and blood sampling for antibody studies done to confirm the diagnosis. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
