Small painless and not itchy red/purple spot on glands of penis at the edge (ring)

Dear Experts,
There is a small painless and not itchy red/purple spot on glands of my penis at the edge (ring). it appeared on me about a month ago. Maybe a lot more, because before now, i have not payed much attention down there. Never had risky sex and yesterday STD test are all negative. it doesnt hurt or itch and never had, it is barely visible until erect or rub it hard, considering is not ulcers, doesn't hurt, no itch, doesnt look like pimples, it is purple/red, only 2 on the edge of glands, no trouble urinating, just regular peeing, when I am erect or masturbate it is completely visible, if it is from yeast or fungus should be always visible, right?
So please help me, what is this and what should I do? thanks a lot!

I'm not an expert but I had something similar. It was a blocked hair follicle, the nurse just burst it there and then and It went back to normal within a few hours.

Hello,
One possibility for your rash is of lichen planus. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes. It is an itchy papular eruption characterized by its violaceous color
Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy.

I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations, and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
