Small pimple looking bump on the head of penis

I just noticed this. I haven't had unprotected sex for over year and not sure what this could be. The spot is painless, slightly palpable. Looks like a pimple but with no discharge.

Please advise.

It can be a clogged pore, small cyst or small HPV wart.
Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
