Small pink/white spots on genitals

hello.

I have developed small pink/white spots around the base of the shaft of my penis and on my scrotum. They do not itch, hurt or anything. They are slightly raised but not too much. I first thought they were pimples but they are not puss filled and have not disappeared. They have been here for about 5 months now. I am sexually active and use protection, but I have not had intercourse since last year. Could they be some sort of STD? I have a doctors appointment in three weeks and i will ask then, but want to see what any thinks. I have attached several links to photos.

Thank You

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
