Small raised circles on the arms and legs
Hi,

I have noticed that on my arms and legs only I have small raised circles like craters.  They are slightly raised as I can feel the shape. Not itchy but a slightly darker colour than my normal skin - any ideas what this is and should I bother doing anything about it.

I did wonder if it was connected to skin cancer in any way?

Look forward to hearing from you     Regards   Nickname:  solocind

Hi,

For how long have you noted these skin changes?

How else would you describe these patches? Are they scaly? Do they have white lines over the surface of the patch?

Any excoriations, tiny blisters or discharge?

Aside from the arms and legs where else can you find them?

Are they hard or soft?

Differentials for red circular patches on the  skin are nummular dermatitis, psoriasis and infections like fungal or bacterial infections.

At this point, I understand your concern. This may be very discomforting. How old are you?
Have you had this assessed by your physician?
