Small red bumbs on penis

Today I noticed that I have formed small red bumps on my penis head and the area exposed when the foreskin is retracted. I am uncircumsized, and am worried about this. They don't itch or hurt, but there are many of them. ONly one is on the head though. They are 1mm wide, give or take. I also have a bump on the shaft of my penis, but i thought it was just acne and squeezed it, and as usual, acne stuff came out and i thought nothing of it. I am 17 years old and had oral sex with a male recently. I trust him enough to tell me if he had any STDs, but I'm very paranoid about this at the moment.
Is there any chance of an STD here?

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis or cysts.
Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
