Small red cluster (rash?)

I've noticed a small red rash on my leg. At first I thought it was a scratch or a cut, but when I looked closer I noticed that it appears to be made up of a custer of small red-ish (sores?). I just noticed this today, I may have had it for a little while, but it is quite noticible so my guess is that it's relatively new. The rash is a little sensitive to touch, but is not itchy and is mostly without any sensation. The overall size is about half a centimeter. I have not noted any evolution but, like i said, I've only noticed this today. I'm generally in good health aside from a mildly enlarged spleen (doctors ran tests including CT scan and blood work and they assume it's harmless, likely the result of a previous virus such as EBV).Is there any cause for concern? What do I do about it at this point and in the future?

We never heard back from you, nor you uploaded photos of your lesion(s). It has been several months and we want to see how are you doing.

At the time we thought that your lesion could have been caused by insect bite, or skin infection or minor injury.

I posted a question to you earlier & I did not give you proper info. Earlier I said I had a red rash that turned purple. Correction-I had a red blotch that turned purple that is now peeling, or shedding. I had ran 5 miles the day before in the sun. The small darker spots appeared in the fold of my elbow after a night of scratching a small red blotch there. Someone said I probably broke the capillaries, or vessels when I scratched so vigorously. I have never had any bumps raised, or flat anywhere on my body. Actually the red blotched turned purple after I began applying cortisone cream to the area. The are turns white, or flesh color when I touch, or press on it.
