Many of us get these. In most cases they are just enlarged pores. I have one on each cheek. My doctor told me years ago that it could be because I'm European...also said that because I had both chicken pox and measles as a child it could be caused by that.
Many women who wear make up for many years, and men who use after shave lotions seem to have this problem as well.
Sometimes dirt remains in a pore ( even after scrubbing ) and will cause the pore to stretch instead of forming a pimple.
Many drug and alcohol abusers seem to suffer from this as well.
Anyway...I wouldn't be too worried about it...and there isn't anything ( other than surgery ) that can correct these.
You could try pore minimizers, but all those things do is block the pores and make things worse unless you wash them off within a few hours.
