Small scabs on the head of penis

Two weeks ago I had sex with someone I don't know. It was all oral although there was some contact with my penis head to the vagina. I now notice three small scabs on the head of my penis. Two are the size of a fine pen point, the third is only slightly larger. They are about a millimeter apart in a triangle. I didn't notice anything until I saw them yesterday. They are not painful or tender. I did not notice any blisters or sensation. No other symptoms. I am concerned about herpes but confused by the lack of other symptoms. I don't know what else may have possibly caused this except maybe friction from the sex or subsequent masturbation. Obviously I need to have it checked but would appreciate any advice or insight in advance.

I've been sexually active for a while but since I've started my relationship with my gilfriend there has ben somee scabs under the head of penis, at first i thought it was from friction and have been hoping they would clear up and they sometimes do...but only for a day then their back. She gets urinary track infection quiet a bit but i dont think that would do anything because ew always wait until its cleared before having sex again. I know its not herpies because herpes does not scab, I can pick the scabs off but its i've left cuts in doing so. I have no clue what they are and if you could give me some kind of idea that would be helpful

Friction seems more likely.

If you can see a dermatologist or STD doctor right away (next 1-2 days) that would help with diagnosis, including culture if needed.

That would be my best advice.  Otherwise all you can do is wait and see if the area heals and then wait to see if it comes back.  Go tomorrow.

Best.
