Within the last few months i have acquired small almost scar like looking marks on my mid-back near and around the spine. I have never been injured there nor did i ever have acne there, the marks range from roughly an inch to two inches. if anyone has any idea please let me know. Thanks!
Hello and welcome!
Scars are normally common after an injury or back surgery. As you mentioned you were never injured nor did you have acne it is difficult to confirm the exact cause. These scar like marks need to be examined to be able to comment upon the probable cause. The possible causes could be infection, inflammation, allergy, chemical reaction, old age etc. Visit your dermatologist for a complete examination to identify the underlying cause and get started on appropriate treatment if indicated. Do keep us posted.
Take care and regards!
