Small skin colored bumps

I have always had the really small bumps on the base of my penis. But lately some bigger skin color bumps have been arising farther up the shaft. However i have not been sexually active for atleast 5 months, they just showed up about 2-3 months ago. I am including some pictures, any help would be appreciated, until i can get to a clinic to have it checked out. The bumps do not itch or bother me at all.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

I understand this worries you deeply. In the presence of a significant sexual history, differentials may involve genital warts and molluscum. These skin conditions are brought about by viruses and they may be transmitted through direct skin to skin contact. I suggest that you have this assessed early on since we need to rule out contagious skin conditions. Skin tags may be a differential here also, as they may present as skin colored bumps on the penile shaft.

Any associated symptoms like pain, urethral discharge or swollen lymph nodes?
