Small spots on penis head

by phantom44, Mar 07, 2009 02:07PM
A day after having unprotected sex (stupidly) I noticed a few little spots developing on the head of my penis.  They are very small and do not cause discomfort.  It's five days on and there hasn't really been a change.  I have been putting some daktarin(anti-fungal) cream on it as I read up that it may be yeast related.  If it hasn't gone by Monday I'll visit my GP.  In the last two days I've noticed that my foreskin is longer than usual and looks a bit puffy(I'm uncircumsized).  It is slightly itchy at times but that could just be a mental thing!

Has anybody got any suggestions to what it could be, a frictional thing, of perhaps yeast related?  The first time I've gone unprotected and I feel like a fool.
