Small white bubbles inside my nose and outside my lip.Puffy nipples?

Okay, im an 18 year old kid and im far from normal.

First of all, i've had a nipple condition since i was about twelve. My ******* did not get bigger but my nipple size increased almost by 40%.. Its like their the size of normal nipples. But they poke out a little less than a inch. I haven't taken my shirt off in public since i was about 13.. I have a great body that i wanna show every girl.. But I can't. Please post some tips or whatever on what the heck this can be? Please.

My second topic is about my nostril "inside" and my Lip "outside the bottom lip". Ok so for about a year now, i've been getting small white bubbles all grouped together, just on the inside of my nose though?.. So it started out inside my right nostril. It got infected with the bubbles about 3 times. Then about 3 days ago i got it in my left nostril for the first time. Then i woke up this morning and i felt something hard on my bottom lip. So i went into my bathroom and looked in the mirror.... dun dun dun dunnnn.. It has spread to my lips now i assume.. please post ANYTHING you might know about this either topic.. please.. Thank you very much.
