Small white bump on penis.

Hello,

For awhile I have had this small white bump on my penis about an inch or so down from the head of my penis. Sometimes it is barely noticeable, but one time it had been very visble, if that makes sense. When I masturbate, I noticed the bump and the area around it to feel a little irritated, as if the skin were raw. I masturbate frequently, but for awhile I had left it alone to see if it would heal. I masturbated again after not doing it for 3 days and it still gets irritated, but never turns red or visibly irritated. I'm really concerned as to what this could be, and I can't afford right now to go to a physician to have it looked at. I might add that I have had unprotected sex with my ex-girlfriend for almost 2 years, and I left her because I found out she was cheating on me, but she had told me that she had an STD test done to go along with some other tests that came out negative.

I think what you have a cyst and nothing to worry about.  Ignore it and show it to a doctor next time you go.

Best.
