Small white bumps near urethra and under foreskin
Hello, I am a 22 year old male who is sexually active. Very close to my urethra there is a small cluster of little dots which are skin colored until stretched and they become lighter. I have had them for a few months with no discomfort. Similar bumps underneath my foreskin when pulled back. This is not my picture but it is similar to my case and just found it on the internet.
If this is possibly connected, when I workout and begin to sweat my body gets itchy for about 2 minutes then back to normal.
