Small white bumps on arm
My wife last night developed two small patches of bumps on her arms last night that seemed to itch.  They kind of looked like goose bumps. They seem to be better but are still there this morning.  The patches are only about an inch by an inch.  Are these anything to be worried about and is there anything that she can do to help it heal?

Doesn't sound serious-possibly just some mild eczema at worst.  Try applying 1% hydrocortisone cream or a moisturizing lotion for a couple of days.  If the spots persist or spread, ask a doctor to have a look and possibly give you a prescription-strength cortsione cream.

Best.
