So IDK what it is

I have this rash on my stomach and its red...and there different little patches...its kinda scaley and red..it doesnt itch or anything i also have a medium size red bump with a bruise all around it...and a red patch on my foot that is a little sore...does anyone have an idea what it is...or should i go to the hospital or just see my doc...ive had this for about three days

The symptoms are suggestive of pityriasis rosea. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and sometimes by itching.
