Some type of mark.

Hello Dr. Around the age 12 or 13 I developed strange markings on my penis. I developed tiny red spots on the top of my penis along with redness on the right side. Its very red in the areas the markings show up. It also seems as if the skin is somehwat awkaward to. I am now 22 to this date and curious what it could be and how i can get it to go away! I know it is not any type of VD becasue I was not sexually active at that point in my life. I hope you can help out. Thank you.

It sounds to me as though these are small blood vessels of no significance.  They probably don't need to be removed and can't be.  Gave a doctor look, so you can ignore them, and get on with dating.

Best.
