Hello GoranAleksandrov,

Looking to the pictures it does not look anything seriously. It may be from friction caused by masturbation. If you have been sexually active then may be an infection caused by bateria ou fungus. Then the first step is to get tested and show to a doctor.
Some fungus can lead to these conditions but it usually get red shyne spots and itch.
Balanitis are infection on the head of penis that may cause itch too and sometimes are caused by poor higiene.
If things doesn't clear up on its own check a doctor.
Please let me know how it goes.

Take care!

Thanks for the answer kehdi22.

Im masturbating without lubricants 3-4 times in the week, maybe is just a irritation, im sexually active too but only with my girlfriend, we are 4 years together and we dont change  partners.
Im scared if i got genital herpes, but from where? I got just one sexual partner in my life, and we are safe, maybe i got from my oral herpes-on my lips? I dont think i can get herpes on the glans (glands) of penis because i have oral hepres, or i can?
I hope is just irritation...

If you have oral herpes the virus does not travel to your genital. It is not like some bacteria that can get in to your bloodstream and infect other parts of your body. Herpes is trasmitted through direct contact with herpes infection when sores are present or not present.

Hello,
From the symptoms it can be friction rub or chafing. Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.
Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
