Sores on Chin

I am a 29 y/o female with a chronic issue with my skin.  I had great skin all through my teenage years and early 20's.  When I was 24 I had surgery for endometriosis and was put on Seasonale (birth control).  I don't know if that triggered what is happening to me or if something else is causing it.  I get sores on my chin just below the crease.  They itch, burn, and hurt very badly.  They seem to blister...and are filled with some sort of liquid.  The crust has a honey sort of color.  It takes forever for them to go away.  When they occur the lymph node under my chin and on the sides of my throat swell like golf balls and are very hard and sensitive.  I have been to several Dr's and have been told something different every time.  One said it was cold sores, one said hormones, one said infected hair follicles.  Any ideas?  I no longer have health insurance, and I do not know what to do.  I got one of these 3 weeks ago.  It is going away, however now I have sores under my skin all over my chin.  They hurt very much and my skin is very red, but they do nothing. This is so embarrassing and is making me very depressed.  Please help!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms that you have can be due to bacterial folliculitis impetigo or perioral dermatitis. Perioral dermatitis is a chronic papulopustular and eczematous facial dermatitis.Treatment consists of oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. A mild soap or soap substitute, such as Dove or Cetaphil should be used for washing. Scrubbing should be avoided.

If the symptoms are not controlled by topical antibiotics, then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult your dermatologist and discuss this with him.
Hope it helps.Take care and regards.

Application of mupurocin would do to what looks like a bacterial impetigo.
