Sores or bumps on butt

I have sores on my butt that will not heal and go away. It started with 3 on one of my butt cheeks and 2 on the other. Now I have 5 or 6 on one side and 4 or 5 on the other. They are painful, red, swollen, feels like it has a hard head in them, but when I pop them nothing comes out but a little blood. they itch and this is driving me crazy. Please Help

The symptoms can be due to folliculitis or boils.
Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case. Also then get contact dermatitis or scabies ruled out.
