Sort of a freckle.

Hi, i developed a brown freckle that i am sure wasn't on my leg (4 inch below my knee) last year. I had it removed tuesday. The doctor told me that probably it wasn't there and the type of freckle looked like a wart that only old people get. I am 34 years old. He told me to change the dressing once a day. The scar is very small and didn't need any stitches as he just scrapped it. The problem is he described oral antibiotics, augmentin 875mg/125 mg and fucidine ointment. But do i really need to take these strong antibiotics for a little scar??
