Spider Vein Treatment for Legs - Sacramento/Bay Area, CA

I am 26 years old and have been getting spider veins since I was about 16.  I have had two Sclerotherapy treatments where they do the injections and it did absolutely nothing for me.  I wore the stalkings as instructed for three weeks after each treatment, but no improvements.  I was very dissapointed.  I am trying to get the nerve up to try laser treatment (I am hesitating becuase I don't want to waste money on another treatment not working).  I mostly just have the small red veins on my thighs, and a cuple blue ones.  

Has anyone had a successful laser vein treatment experience??  Any recommendations for doctors in Sacramento/Bay Area of CA?
