Spider veins on skin l

I recently noticed very small spider veins on my sides and below my chest, not on my abdomen but kind of surrounding it. First I noticed it looked like my skin was discolored but upon closer look it is indeed very small spider veins, I'm talking so small you can barely tell unless you look really closely, I took a close up picture and it's still hard see. I'm not worried just a little concerned. The only thing that has changed recently is it is hotter, and I was recently doing abdominal work every day for the past few weeks, it is strange though that my abs are clear but the discoloration/spider veins appeared on their perimeter. When I work out or run my skin gets flushed where the spider veins appear to be, and also my upper body gets flushed, but my skin doesn't flush in the abdominal area, maybe that has something to do with it also. I think I have provided everything I can think of. Any insight would be helpful. I'm just wondering if it is possibly harmful, or if it might go away. I guess as long as it's harmless and just hopefully from my skin flushing I wouldn't really care as long as it doesn't get worse. I'm just not sure if it was there before so I don't know for sure if it's something that just recently started happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've not heard of this, but it doesn't sound like anything to be overly concerned about.  It never hurts to get changes in your body checked out by a doctor though.

Thank you for your response. I was advised to get a liver function test, and I did. My bilirubin is high (1.8 total), but it is lower than it was 6 months ago. Besides that everything is fine so I guess I'll just keep doing what I'm doing.
