I am a 44 year old female; I have recently had a scary health issue. I first had a sudden muscle cramp like pain in my chest that lasted about 4 minutes and stopped as fast as it started. Then 2 days later I had an achy pain in my right kidney area that lasted 2 days that followed with severe upper stomach pain (like muscle cramps or spams) that spread to my mid back. The day after the stomach pain started I woke up with my fingernails and toe nails hurting still with the stomach pain. The following day everything continued but now I had what appeared to be splinter hemorrhages under 5 of my fingernails. After 6 days of being very sick and alot of stomach pain I do feel much better but I still have an ache in my mid back. Any ideas?
