Spot on head of penis.

Hi. I am a 135 lbs., 5' 10", 15 year old male. Since I was about 12 (maybe earlier) I've had an odd shaped lump on the head of my penis. Its color is light brown. It is triangular shaped. It is very slightly raised, smooth, and flat. It feels just like the surrounding skin. There is no pain, itching, ect.
I have had sex, but I know it is not an STD. I had it before then.
Is this a birthmark? Can it be removed?
Very embarrassing.

Thank you.

Hi,

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesion. It would be ebst to consult your doctor for a complete clinical examination.

What other symptoms are you having?

Let us know if you need any other information and post us about what the skin specialist advises.

Regards.
