Spots Around Groin Area

Hi there
I have recently developed a patch of about 7-8 spots on each side of my genitals, at the top of each leg where the pubic hair ends. They are not itchy, but display white heads. I have tried treating them with antiseptic cream this morning, but it has had no effect this evening. What should I do?
