Spots on bottom Lips...

Recently, I woke up to discover black (semi-purple) spots all over my bottom lip and the corners of my bottom lip is completly black/grayish. I have never smoked and my bottom lip never seemed to be dry or cracked up. At first it was only in the corners but not it is covering most of the top of my bottom lip.

ic had tha same problemsince march now....seems to be darker specifically more on the bottom, dark brown collor, looks liek theres dirt on the thin layer of the skin but dosnt seem to come off. its post -inflammatory hyperpigmentaiton apparently....have u had any success of trying to get rid of it? im having a hard time and i think it looks ugly and is emabarassing.
