Spots on foreskin

These spots appeared on my foreskin shaf around 4 weeks ago, there is around 7 of them. They have not got any worse but have not gone away either, I was wondering whether it is a STD like genital hepes or warts or something else? I have had unprotected oral sex with somone 2/3 months ago, and a few months before then mutual masterbation. They are more like spots or bumps, they do not itch, and there is no liquid secreted... please help, its a bit embarrassing! I have attached a picture to help.

Hello,
From the appearance they appear as molluscum but the doctor is roght that they can be swollen sweat glands also. No treatment other than warm compresses and washing with fresh water are required but they become painful then it means they are infected, then topical and oral antimicrobials are required.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Thank you for your prognosis, I did go to the doctor and he was quite confident I have swollen sweat glands, he even touched them as well without any gloves! However, I am really at a loss as to what these spots actually are, they do noy secret any puss I cannot squeeze them! I am going to seek a second opinion because I am not convinced they are sweat glands - they kinda look like very mild molluscum but some of the symptoms do not add up with molluscum like no puss??????????? Any thoughts....

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like molluscum lesions. It presents as multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug. In adults, molluscum infections are often sexually transmitted and can transmit from one site to other skin sites by aoutoinocultaion. Treatment includes physical destruction or manual extrusion of the lesions, cryotherapy, and curettage.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
