Spots on penis head

Spots on penis head

I have small pink/skin colored spots/bumps on the head of my penis. Very very tiny in size. I'd say there are maybe 15 spots. All of them are close to the same size.  They aren't painful. They dont really look like warts but I dont know. I have noticed them for a year and they haven't really gone away or grown in size. I guess they could have been there longer but I have no idea. I have searched the entire internet to find something that looks like them but I had no luck. I guess pearly penile papules would be the closest but they are not around the rim of the penis head. Do they occur on the head of the penis as well? I do not have any around the rim. If you can please take a look at the pictures....

Welcome to the Dermatology Expert Forum!

Yes, pearly penile papules sometimes can be found on glans (glands) as well.

Primary differential diagnoses to be considered are sebaceous gland prominences, and viral infections (such as Condylomata acuminata, Molluscum contagiosum).

We were not able to see pictures of your lesion. If you post them, just let us know and we will give you our feedback..
