Spots on skin of pubic hair

Hi,

I am 28 years old. I have developed a skin infection (i am not sure if its an infection). I have a cluster of small spots on the skin of my pubic hair area. They were first very small but now have grown quite big and ha become yellowish (i think because of puss).

Please let me know what is wrong. I have been using antibacterial and anti fungal cream but to no affect. I have never had sex as i am unmarried but i due sweat alot which makes my underwear wet.

Regarding the bumps in the pubic area, it can be folliculitis or boils. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
