Spots on tip of nose
Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me with my skin query. A few weeks ago I got what looked like a cold sore on the end if my nose. I treated it with cold sore cream and it went away.
Since then I keep getting a cluster of spots coming and going in the same place. Sometimes slightly raised and when the skin breaks it becomes slightly irritating. I keep treating with the same cream but it keeps coming back. Any ideas? (see attached photo).
Is this anything to he concerned about?
