Spots on tongue

Yellow everyone I'm trying to find some answears in other forums about my situation and no one seems to be able to help me....my question is I've been getting these spots all over my tongue that come and go at firs I got really scared cause I didn't know what to think, to be onest I thought it was related to an STD but then I learn that it was geographic tongue my main concern is I don't know if this condition puts me on bigger risk to contract other infections when performing oral sex...in other words I don't know if these lesions on my tongue can take viruses toward my bloodstream like cuts or sores...thank u in advance for reading my post

In case of a geographic tongue there is no data to suggest that it is caused caused by a germ, infectious during sex or infectious during kissing. However many STD’s like herpes, HPV and HIV carry the risk when oral sex is performed irrespective of whether you are having geographic tongue or not.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
