As days go by they seem to mulitply, the first GP i went to said it was just skin discoloration, however i didnt believe that because its never happened to me before so i went to a medical centre and he said he couldnt be sure either, some are bigger then others but none are bigger then a grain of rice, they do stick out a very small bit so that made me and the medical clinic positive that it wasent just skin discoloration, would you have any idea what it is?

Most cases of fungal infections respond to over-the-counter products, which contain any of several basic ingredients: miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine,ketaconazole and clotrimazole.You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients. Some of them are Lamisil, Monistat derm, Mycelex, and Nizoral.
In case the symptoms persist then pls consult a dermatologist.
