Spreading genital warts to a new partner

I have been treated twice for genital warts and the warts that get frozen responded well.  I noticed a few very small ones that were missed after my last treatment and was wondering how likely it would be for a new sexual you partner to contract hpv from me and also develop warts.

Warts are caused by the HPV virus. Several factors are to be considered in terms of viral transmission. The person's immune response plays an important role here. Viral load, exposed areas and the frequency of exposure are to be considered. Some HPV infections may manifest 2 to 9 months after exposure.

Warts are transmitted through direct skin to skin contact. So for as long as the lesions (allow me to call them lesions) are still present , then it is important that any exposure and direct contact to the affected areas be avoided.
