Std Or pimples?

Ok i have small pimple like bumps and im afraid they might b a type of std. They are skin colored and look like pimples with white heads....Ive had the bumps for about 3 weeks now and they havnt really changed much...they have gotten smaller....they dont itch or have pain or anything like that...i think they do tend to itch when i sweat. Could they b an std or simply pimples. I would post a pic but dnt know how...i have had unprotected sex in the last month but only with a girl ive been with for 2 years now. I dont belive she has anything because i took her verginity and havnt gotten with any other girls...Please help answer my q.

At this age the bumps which appear on penis can be due to Fordyce spots or folliculitis skin. Fordyce spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. It is non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. If it is disappears then it can be folliculitis. But if they persist then they can be Fordyce spots and you should not attempt their removal.
