Stomach Hair

I don't know if it's an acne problem or hair problem. I think its most likely hair situation

I'm a male. Bit on the chubby side with stretch mark on my stomach. I do have stomach hair not like a wolf but I have it. There some long ones and some short ones. Most of the really short ones are found growing on or close to my stretch marks. I know eww. Hehe. Some of my hair on my stomach have split end or I get multiple small hair strand from the pore. Weird I know. haha. Most I seen was plucking out small 3-4 strands of hair from 1 pore. I know very bad split end for stomach hair haha.

I have a small pink/red bumps on the right side of my stomach right next to my stomach hole. There is no liquid or pus. It's sore when I put pressure or trying to squeeze it or scratch the hair and pore out to relieve it. Bad idea I know. The bump subsided really quick overnight of sleep and continues to eventually goes smaller and smaller and I think would go away.

I need some remedies or some methods I need to take care of my situation. I know ingrown hair is a very common problem. What are somethings I can do to make future bumps go away quicker?

I do not want to shave. I'm lazy. I used to shave my pubic hair on the male private hair. Ingrown hair has happen and still do. Grr. I heard lotion helps. Any advices please? I think the ladies might have very good amount of knowledge they can share with me. =)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The bump on the stomach seems like an ingrown hair or boil. Boils are caused by infection of the hair follicle by staph aureus. Bacterial skin infections can be spread by shared cosmetics or washcloths, close human contact, or by contact with pus from a boil or carbuncle.

Apply warm compresses on the bump and keep the area clean. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. But make sure to consult your dermatologist before using them. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. Treatment can be started only when the diagnosis is confirmed. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I have too much hair there, too.  Try Benadryl cream.  If that doesn't work, try Hydrocortisone Cream.  First, Benadryl, because Hydrocortisone is a steroid.  Don't use steroid cream long-term.  You're probably dealing with an allergy.
