Strange Growth on my Penis

I recently noticed  this rather unusual growth on my penis.. I have never had sex with someone who has an STD (that Im aware of) nor do I have any STDs. This growth does not itch or burn or discharge any type of fluid at all unless I squeeze it. It sort of has the look of a growth within a circlular area of skin like the skin is sort of growing around it and theres a type of border around it. I have absolutely no idea what it could be and Im curious to know if anyone can help me? If you have any info at all on what it could be please let me know.. Thank you for your time
